Not being drawn in is very important. Even those of us that like being introverts should still take up space instead of going in a shell or hugging inward.

Open your body, open your heart, allow fresh prana in.

Try the above meditation another day, and you will probably feel it work even more the second time. I recommend doing it weekly or anytime you feel drawn in- whether after a crowded train or just too much time alone being a hermit.
